Precision Machining

Our lathe machines, varying in sizes from small to extra heavy-duty, are designed to handle intricate operations such as cutting and shaping pipes, manufacturing tubes, drilling, boring, slotting, and creating flanges for various industrial applications. Our machines feature beds with lengths ranging from 7 feet (2135 mm) to 161⁄4 feet (4955 mm) and can accommodate swing-over bed sizes up to 71 inches (1800 mm) for heavy workpieces. With spindle bores of up to 41⁄8 inches (105 mm) and center heights of 12 inches (305 mm) to 18 inches (460 mm), we ensure precise machining, whether it’s making holes, notches, or shaping steel for custom projects.

Milling Cutting Services

Our milling machine This machine ensures precise movements, equipped with power-operated longitudinal, cross, and vertical traverses. The longitudinal traverse spans 735mm, while the cross and vertical traverses cover 310mm and 500mm, respectively. Its rapid movement rates of 1300mm/min (longitudinal), 1100mm/min (cross), and 165mm/min (vertical) enhance productivity. Key services include plain milling, which involves surface flattening using a horizontal axis, and end milling, where cutting edges are applied to shape slots, pockets, and contours. Gear milling is another critical application, allowing for the precision cutting of gear teeth profiles. The machine’s 3 HP main motor and 2 HP feed motor, both running at 960 RPM, provide reliable power for these tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient material removal across a range of metals and alloys.

EDM Testing

Satnam Global provides precision notch-making services with the notch-making machine, a tool known for its accuracy and versatility. Controlled by a micrometer, it allows for flawless machining of ID or OD notches in pipes at any angle, maintaining uniform depth throughout. Portable and easy to set up, the Notch Master® can be used in labs or on-site, offering reliability and precision. This service is essential for creating validation blocks for PAUT inspection in the oil and petroleum industries, ensuring the highest quality standards and flawless results..

Hydraulic and fabrication services

Hydraulic Systems Centre in Oman specializes in a full range of hydraulic and pneumatic services for the oil and gas industry. They offer the repair and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders, including custom designs, with stroke lengths up to 6 meters and piston sizes from 30mm to 450mm. All cylinders are pressure tested for leaks after production or repair.
